xLM Validates Continuously Qualified AWS Service for
meshMD Against Tight Deadline

The clock was ticking for meshMD. 

To move all their GxP assets from multiple brick-and-mortar data centers to AWS, they needed to replatform their entire IT infrastructure. And they needed to do it fast, since one of their data center providers was shutting down entirely.

Because some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Canada use meshMD’s SaaS applications, they must meet highly stringent GxP, HIPAA, and privacy requirements. The meshMD team had all the pieces of their transfer together but needed a partner to handle their qualification of the AWS public cloud.

“Figuring out how to validate our AWS infrastructure was a hair-raising chore. Given the number of ongoing system changes, we didn’t really know where to start,” explained Gabriel Tick, CEO of meshMD.

To qualify and validate their AWS, meshMD turned to xLM.

With the four-week deadline looming, our team got to work. We collaborated with the technical staff at meshMD to define the intended use of their various AWS IaaS/PaaS services.

We then created a qualification plan and delivered a complete continuous qualification package that met GxP compliance requirements, all in less than four weeks.

“xLM’s continuous validation solution did everything we needed. Within a very short period of time our AWS was qualified and validated,” Gabriel Tick said.
